Let's Talk: How To Prepare For Online Classes
First off, I hope everyone is adjusting to this new "normal" that we will be in at least until the end of April. I am sending positive energy and thoughts your way. It is definitely a weird adjustment but it really does make me appreciate all the little things in life that maybe I took for granted in the past. I am so excited to get back into the routine of classes, in-fact I had my 9:30am Pilates class this morning online and I was so happy to see everyones beautiful faces and hearing how they are doing and getting through all of this. My university is using the Zoom platform to take classes online and it was surprisingly very easy to join my class. I have learned that it does take a lot of self-discipline for online courses. When I used to get prepared for classes I would wake up and force myself to get dressed and go but now I don't have that accessibility to go out and be motivated.
